The bill (Reg. No. 2547) determines that a person can be released from criminal responsibility for actions, stipulated by part one and two of article 175 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, only if such a person, before brought to criminal responsibility, pays full salary and fine for the period of payment delay.

Committee members considered the comparative table to the bill. During the refinement of the bill, 9 suggestions were received of which 2 were taken into consideration and 7 were rejected.

Committee members agreed with the text of the comparative table to the bill.
